Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Huduma account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

We'll delete the personal data linked to your account - your profile, saved addresses, and payment method details. Some records are kept for as long as the law requires: financial and tax records, identity verification records, and booking history needed for dispute resolution or auditing. If you were an active Pro, past booking and escrow records stay on file with your account reference removed, so client payment history stays intact.
